ClassRoof Privacy Policy

Last updated: 6 October 2026

ClassRoof is an Android app for activity centers and students. This page explains what information the app uses and why. It does not list internal server addresses or admin tools.

Who this policy covers

Information we use

To run the app we need:

We do not ask for your contacts list, precise location, photos library, or payment-card number inside the app. Students do not pay fees in the app.

Why we use it

Who can see it

Center staff see the students and records of their own center. A student sees that student’s own fees, attendance, and notes. We do not sell personal information. We do not show ads in the app.

Google may process a notification token when you allow alerts (Firebase Cloud Messaging). Your phone’s operating system also processes the app under Google Play’s rules.

How long we keep it

Account and class records stay while the center or student account is active. If you want an account or a student’s record removed, contact the publisher using the email on the Play Store listing. We will delete or disable data that is no longer needed, unless a law requires us to keep a copy.

Security

Login uses a one-time code sent to the mobile number on the account. You should not share that code. Keep the phone’s screen lock on.

Children

ClassRoof is used by activity centers that teach children and adults. A student account is created by the student or by the center. Parents do not receive a separate login. If you are a parent and want a child’s record changed or removed, ask the center or write to the publisher.
